Walking up to the front door of this 12,000-square-foot home, you will see modern architecture at its finest. Once you step inside, you are greeted by the grand foyer. You will notice the two-story great room ahead as it flows seamlessly into the dining room and gourmet kitchen. Attached is a second fully functioning catering kitchen.
Through the great room, you will find a large 300-square-foot study, a media room large enough to fit 12 to 15 people comfortably, a wet bar, and an exercise room with a sauna. Beyond the kitchen is a fully locked-off guest suite with access from the outside. Locking this off from the house allows for a more private section in which in-laws and other guests can stay. The second story also contains the 2,400 square foot primary suite, which consists of a bed area, sitting area, his and hers closets, and a luxurious bathroom with a pedestal tub and a walk-in shower. Also, upstairs is a 950-square-foot guest suite, two other bedrooms with private bathrooms and walk-in closets, and a utility room. Finally, just outside the game room is an 800-square-foot balcony featuring a 72-inch linear fireplace, as well as direct access from the primary sitting area and the guest suite.
