Dallas Builders Association Announces 2022 ARC Awards Winners
The Dallas Builders Association has announced winners in its 2022 ARC Awards, presented in partnership with StrucSure Home Warranty. The ARC Awards are held to recognize building excellence by associate members, remodelers and custom builder members of the Association.
Winners were named in 21 categories including Custom Home of the Year, Associate of the Year and Whole-House Renovation.
Dallas BA Executive Officer Phil Crone praised ARC Awards finalists for their ingenuity and perseverance during a year beset with supply chain, labor and regulatory challenges. “The accomplishments of these building industry professionals have fueled members of this Association from the time of its formation nearly 80 years ago,” he said.
Chris Sandlin Homes was honored as the Custom Home of the Year in the 2022 ARC Awards. Tiffany Acree of StrucSure Home Warranty was named Associate of the Year. Honors for Best Whole-House Renovation went to Alair Homes Plano.
The awards were judged by industry professionals outside the North Texas housing market: Graham Denton, AIA, Woodley Architectural Groups, Littleton, CO; Ericka Moody, Moody Design Group, San Diego, CA; and Wall Custom Homes, Centennial, CO.
The ARC Awards will be merged with the Dallas BA’s annual McSAM Awards in 2023. McSAM’s entry categories will be expanded to include awards for custom builders, remodelers and associate members. The official Call for Entries will be made in December.
