Preston Hollow
Preston Hollow is located 6 miles north of Downtown Dallas and is home to many of the city’s richest people as well as President George W. Bush and his wife, Laura. A majority of its streets are lined with modest ranch-style homes. Many residents take advantage of the neighborhood’s close proximity to the top private schools in the city, as well as the plethora of shops found at nearby Preston-Royal, Preston Center, and NorthPark Center. Preston Hollow is one of the most active areas for redevelopment in Dallas.
