Grayson County
The birthplace of Dwight D. Eisenhower, Grayson County is located about 60 miles north of Dallas and is part of the Texoma Region with access to Lake Texoma and the Red River which serves as the border to Oklahoma. The lake serves as the epicenter for the region when it comes to recreation. The southern part of the county is poised to be an epicenter of growth over the next 15 years. With future plans to expand the Dallas North Tollway to Denison, massive changes are in store for Grayson County over the next couple of decades.
