Frisco
The original settlers of Frisco were drawn to its rich soil, perfect for farming. Nowadays, farming in Frisco has become less apparent. The city continues to grow at an ever increasing speed, being named as the nation’s 2nd fastest growing city with a population surpassing 150,000 in 2016. The Dallas Cowboys recently moved their corporate headquarters to Frisco joining the Dallas Stars, FC Dallas of Major League Soccer and Texas Rangers minor league affiliate Frisco Roughriders. Frisco schools are among the best in the region with top-notch academic and athletic facilities.
