Joseph & Berry luxury remodeling was recently announced as one the of BALA whole house renovation winners. This had been rented for years until the homeowners decided to move-in.
The years passed by, and it needed a lot of updates and changes to meet their needs as a mature couple.
The house includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a cramped kitchen and a separate dining room.
When we started to plan this home renovation, we took into consideration that the design should grow with the owners and fit them down the road. For the master bathroom, we designed it to be ADA complaint, with a modern sleek look in a gray pallet. There is a double standing shower with a beautiful window bench in dark gray, custom made vanity in light gray and modern pulls that allow easy access.
The guest bedroom was missing an attached guest bathroom. Our design included a full guest bathroom addition that was created from a wet bar conversion. The guest bathroom design matched the master bathroom with a modern single vanity, gray cement tiles, and brushed nickel accessories.
The kitchen was opened up to allow easy navigation through the space. We used modern light wood tones with a fabulous marble slab as backsplash and countertop. This extensive kitchen remodel included wide custom cabinetry for storage, a waterfall kitchen island, and sliding doors that allow eco-friendly ventilation and natural light which help reduce power usage and unnecessary expenses. New LEAD can lights were spread for a better cooking experience and power efficiency.
