Home of the Week: EarnhartBuilt

This new design tipped the scales at 1,375 square feet of living area so we decided to start with our favorite fish bone pattern, wrapping the vanity wall with antique blue tile and bringing back the wall mount faucets and single hung fixtures to frame in the octagon mirrors. The brilliant whites and silhouette grays found in the New Caledonia granite countertop link together the upper and lower cabinet colors, bringing us down to the concrete floors enriched with a coloring pattern designed to echo marble. The color and texture is created during the concrete pour and perfected at the final stages of the build with a two coat epoxy system, designed for high durability. You can follow the beautiful floors through the 12 foot tall grand entryway and into the kitchen designed for entertaining. We keep it efficient powering the water heater and heating system with natural gas. With a total footprint of 1,861 square feet including the garage it gives this 3 bedroom 2 bath plenty of room for a family to relax comfortably while still keeping the price affordable at $190,000.
