Classic Urban Homes is building this 3,135 sq. ft. house as a final tribute to Thomas J. Greico, a designer/builder extraordinaire. Tom was one of Dallas’ leading architects and builders who helped pioneer customized modern homebuilding in North Texas. He passed away on January 12, 2019. This home was designed to be Tom’s personal home.
