Christian Serrano Construction Group is preparing to break ground this coming March on this beautiful two-story modern spec-home located near the heart of Dallas just minutes away from Love Field Airport.
This modern home is set to sit on a .43 acre lot near the Bluffview estates of Dallas, TX. Designed by our own in-house design group, the Ameca house plan named after a small town in Mexico where Christian Serrano’s mom was raised, is the selected house plan for this specific project. Every inch on the Ameca was carefully considered with exterior finishes consisting of Santa Barbra off-white stucco finish at 77% of the exterior elevations. The remainder 23% of the exterior finishes consist of stone veneer finishes at accent exterior walls. The welcoming interior layout of this home shows much appreciation for the modern open-concept finishes with a total of 5,213 square feet of living space.
