Dallas Builders Association’s Home of the Week is, in fact, not yet a home.  Or a building of any kind. It is still in the preliminary stages of planning, waiting on the custom home buyer.  419 W Colorado Blvd (this lot number and the company name is pure coincidence) is, at its current configuration, available for $1.55M.  Site features align nicely with 419 Builders’ complex specialties that include capturing each lot’s unique elements and providing those somewhat uncommon and desirable features such as a basement or partial basement, residential elevator for flexible and long-term living, secure storage vault, custom wine room, or a rooftop deck – or two – to capture views of downtown Dallas.
