Andrew Pieper Named to Pro Builder’s 40 Under 40
Dallas Builders Association President Andrew Pieper with Hillwood Communities has been named to Professional Builder magazine’s Forty Under 40 Class .
According to Pro Builder, the honor “recognizes the brightest young talent and next-generation leaders and innovators in the home building industry. This year’s Under 40 rising stars are pushing the boundaries both of personal and professional accomplishment, tapping a range of skills, with a good dose of grit, ingenuity, adaptability, and a keen understanding of business and the ability to inspire and lead a team.”
Nominations are judged by the editors of Pro Builder, who look for successful and well-rounded individuals under the age of 40.
Pieper joined Hillwood Communities in 2009 after graduating from Southern Methodist University. He was voted by his peers as the company’s Associate of the Year in 2012. After managing successively larger projects, he was promoted in 2018 to vice president and project manager of Pecan Square, a 3,000-unit community that won Master-Planned Community of the Year and People’s Choice Community of the Year in 2021 in the Dallas BA’s McSAM Awards. He is currently the project manager for Hunter Ranch in Denton, a 3,000-plus-acre site in predevelopment.
